We supply a complete metal roof tile production line with roll forming process. The main part of the roof tile production line is roll forming machine. Roll forming line provides fast and smooth manufacturing capability.
Our roof tile production line is capable to produce all types of metal roof tiles and trapeze profiles. Production of roof tiles with different sizes is also possible. The adjustment of the line is automatic and does not include any mechanical setting. Alternatively we can offer double layer roll forming machines.
Metal roof tile roll forming line includes the decoiler and straightener servo feeder machines also. We provide the complete line with cassette system for production of different profiles. Cassette system makes it easy to change the roller sets as a complete block.
