We supply a complete roll forming line to produce different profiles such as L, C, U, Z, Omega and Sigma profiles. The main part of the profile production line is roll forming machine. Roll forming line provides fast and smooth manufacturing capability.
Our roll forming lines are capable to produce all types of profiles, according to customer design. Production of same profiles with different sizes is also possible. The adjustment of the line is automatic and does not include any mechanical setting.
These type of roll forming lines include the decoiler, straightener servo feeder and press machines also. We provide the complete line including the necessary die for punching the profiles, if necessary. Same line can produce different types of profiles, with automatic adjustment.
