We produce and supply press feeding systems and coil handling equipment. Main equipment are hydraulic decoilers, mechanical decoilers, straightener machines and servo feeders. We also supply other machines such as cut to length lines and coil slitting lines. In addition to these machines, we also make custom design tools and molds, as per customer requirements.
Our decoiler machines start from 500 kg and go up to 15 tons. 500 kg to 2500 kg decoilers have manual (mechanical) inner expansion system. However 3 ton to 15 ton decoilers are equipped with the hydraulic power to expand the expansion system. Hydraulic decoilers come with the hydraulic coil loading devices optionally.
We supply cut to length lines to cut the coil material into the desired length in automatic way. Our cut to length lines are suitable for the coils with maximum width of 1600 mm. The thickness of the coil can be between 0,5 mm - 6 mm.
Coil slitting lines create more narrow coils from the wide coil material. The coil slitter can cut the main coil to 6 narrow coils. A recoiler machine is recoiling the new coils at the end of the line.
